I. Calculation of production cost of paper cups:

1. Specifications and weight of paper cups
   160g/m2 820×525mm: 210g/m2 820×525mm
2. Calculation method: length×width×weight÷number of pieces=weight of cup barrel
   The weight of the cup bottom is: 0.68g (calculated at 6800 yuan/ton)
   The cost of cup paper = weight of (bucket cup + cup bottom) × price of paper
3. Printing cost
   The printing fee for each color and each sheet of paper is 0.015 yuan. Calculated based on one color, the printing cost of each sheet of paper is 0.015 yuan.
   That is, the printing cost of each cup is: 0.015÷20=0.00075 yuan/piece
4. Packaging, electricity and staff wages
   i. Two thousand cups are packed in a three-layer corrugated carton, and each carton costs 3 yuan, so the average cost of each paper cup is 0.0015 yuan/piece.
