NEWTOP-5000D high speed intelligent large paper cup machine is using tabletop layout, which isolates the forming parts and the transmission parts. All transmission parts are installed in the main frame under the table, using longitudinal shaft, barrel indexing cam and gear transmission, lubricated by oil bath. The forming parts are installed on the table, easy to access for cleaning and maintenance. Machine is controlled by PLC, the whole process is monitored by photoelectric sensors, feeding by servo. This machine is good for making large paper containers for multi-purposes.

Mechanical Quality Guarantee
1. Mechanical parts are guaranteed for 3 years, electrical parts and vulnerable parts are guaranteed for 1 year.
2. All parts on forming table are easy to access for maintenance.
3. All parts under forming table are lubricated by oil bath. Oil should be changed every 4-6 months with specified oil.

1. Production output up to 81,600 cups per shift (8 hours), up to 6.2 million cups per month (3 shifts).
2. Percentage of pass is higher than 99% under normal production.
