The NEWTOP-1250D high speed intelligent paper cup machine is using tabletop layout, which isolates the forming parts and transmission parts. All transmission parts are installed in the main frame under the table, using longitudinal shaft, barrel indexing cam and gear transmission. The forming parts are installed on
the table, easy to access for cleaning and maintenance. Machine. is controlled by PLC, the whole process is monitored by photoelectric sensors, feeding by servo. The NEWTOP-1250D is good for making non-round type cold/hot bowls. Ractangle ones have eight standard sizes can be chosen from.

Mechanical Quality Guarantee

2. All parts on forming table are easy to access for maintenance.
3. All parts under forming table are lubricated by oil bath. Oil should be changed every 4-6 months with specified oil.
