The NEWTOP-FW135C servo paper cup machine, featuring digital servo control technology as its core, integrates Ethernet real-time synchronization, electronic cam, and shared DC bus control solutions. The machine adopts a separated layout of transmission and actuation mechanisms, equipped with parallel high-rigidity transmission shafts and a “servo motor + precision reducer” drive system with dual turntables, enhancing operational performance, optimizing daily maintenance, and ensuring both reliable operation and user convenience. The exterior design combines sheet metal body with a mesh-door structure to improve overall heat dissipation and operational safety. This model can produce16-42oz paper cups by simply replacing molds, with a maximum production speed of up to 140pcs/min.
