The horizontal high-speed intelligent paper cup machine is an intelligent machine with high load, high rigidity, high precision, high speed and perfect integration of machinery and servo. It obtained the American patent (certificate No.: US 11241857B2) on Feb. 8, 2022. In 2016, NewTop company set up a team to focus on the R&D of the horizontal high speed machine, examined, evaluated and selected plan. Overall design started in 2017 and the trial production was planed to be put into production in 2018. With the support of Master Kong Instant Noodle Production Technology Center, the horizontal bowl machine is required to be delivered for use in 2020. In June 2019, the test run of the first horizontal paper cup machine was completed. In September of the same year, the test run of the paper cup machine was successful, with the production rate reaching 170psc/min. In August 2020, the first “998 paper bowl production line” was delivered for use in Master Kong’s Nanjing Hekang Factory. Over 200 million paper bowls have been produced in 3 years, yet the equipment is still in good condition so far, and the production rate remains the same.
