NEWTOP-FW125C servo paper cup machine is a new generation of intelligent, high-speed paper cup forming equipment, adopting desktop layout, double-turntable forming process layout and servo-driven structure, and the motion control system adopts EtherCAT high-speed bus communication technology, decentralised clock mechanism, electronic cam technology, and a common DC bus scheme, etc., to achieve high-precision control of the paper cup forming process by servo motors, in order to achieve Fast, accurate and stable paper cup forming. This model is suitable for the production of paper cups from 16oz-42oz, and the production speed is up to 140pcs/min.
