تستخدم آلة تصنيع الأكواب الزجاجية ذات الاستخدام الواحد NEWTOP-118C تصميمًا سطحيًا يفصل بين أجزاء التشكيل وأجزاء النقل. جميع أجزاء النقل مثبتة في الإطار الرئيسي أسفل الطاولة، باستخدام عمود طولي، وكامة فهرسة أسطوانية، ونظام نقل تروس. أما أجزاء التشكيل، فهي مثبتة على الطاولة، مما يسهل الوصول إليها للتنظيف والصيانة. يتم التحكم في الآلة بواسطة وحدة تحكم منطقية قابلة للبرمجة (PLC)، وتُراقب العملية برمتها بواسطة مستشعرات كهروضوئية، ويتم التغذية بواسطة محرك سيرفو. يتوفر نظام فحص بصري كخيار إضافي للتخلص من الأكواب غير المطابقة للمواصفات.

Mechanical Quality Guarantee
1. Mechanical parts are guaranteed for 3 years, electrical parts and vulnerable parts are guaranteed for 1 year.
2. All parts on forming table are easy to access for maintenance.
3. All parts under forming table are lubricated by oil bath. Oil should be changed every 4-6 months with specified oil.

1. Production output up to 81,600 cups per shift (8 hours), up to 6.2 million cups per month (3 shifts).
