The NEWTOP-168S9 high-speed intelligent paper cup machine is an upgraded version of the NEWTOP-138S model, cleverly separating the transmission and actuator. The design of the transmission mechanism adopts a “one horizontal and two vertical” dynamic axis layout, while the actuator adopts an inline suction paper and cup forming technology, combined with a dual turntable layout of 10 station male mold and 9 station female mold, to achieve multi station curling (≥ 3), making the paper container forming size stable, high curling rate, and strong paper adaptability. This model has flexible configuration and diverse options to meet the different needs of customers: a visual inspection system can be optionally selected to eliminate defective products. Suitable for producing 5-16oz cold/hot beverage cups.
The launch of the new NEWTOP-168S9 model in June 2025 is an important breakthrough and extension of New Debao in intelligent manufacturing and diversified customer needs. NEWTOP-168S9 continues the consistent high quality, high performance, and high reliability of New Debao, and provides high flexibility in configuration, supporting various combinations of frames, diverse control systems, side hot air configurations, and rolling control, fully meeting customer customization needs. Tailored solutions for customers to truly achieve the intelligent manufacturing concept of “one machine, multiple configurations, precise matching”, the selection includes:
1. There are three types of frames: arched door, swing door, and wing door. Users can flexibly choose the appropriate frame type according to their actual production needs and site limitations to meet the dual requirements of efficiency and safety.
2. Standard Schneider programmable logic controller (PLC), expanding flexibility; Optional Huichuan Motion Control system, which has advantages such as high speed, high precision, and multi axis control; Schneider operation control system can also be selected to make the whole machine run more stably and energy-saving.
3. Optional servo motor embossing, with an additional 2 rolls of effect compared to regular motor embossing, making the bottom bonding more secure.
4. The optional super roller assembly structure is ten times longer than the replacement bearing life of ordinary roller wheels, and the pressure output is more stable.
5. Optional dual station four channel hot air system, using progressive heating technology to make heat transfer softer and achieve better bonding effect in the middle seam.
6. Three curled edges to achieve a curled edge R of over 450 degrees
7. Automatic spray function makes the curling more rounded
