Hou Lifang, executive member of IE Improvement Committee, reported the annual improvement results. Since the mobilization in April 2021, the company has received 179 improvement proposals, including fixture tools improvement, process improvement, material improvement, waste material utilization and work time optimization, etc. Because of the active participation of the employees, we have achieved the fruitful results.
