NewTop positively participate in, and after a long-time preparation, we welcomed the evaluation meeting of vocational skill level assessment on August 19.
The "examiners" are leaders and experts from governmental dept, and Ms Cai of NewTop, participated in the evaluation meeting with representatives of company executives. Accompanied by them, the leaders and experts visited the factory and production workshop to examine the situation of skill application site.
After that, the expert group listened to the report on the work of skill level assessment, and carried out document review, technical sampling, interview and consultation, question and answer, etc. in turn, and checked the declaration work program, comprehensive implementation capability and guarantee conditions item by item. The expert group believes that NewTop attaches great importance to the declaration work. The office space, equipment and facilities as well as rules and regulations to carry out the work of vocational skill level recognition are well built, and the theoretical and practical examination facilities and equipment meet the requirements and can carry out the enterprise skill level recognition independently. The experts unanimously passed the recognition of Newtop as the pilot enterprise for vocational skill level recognition in Pingyang County.
Carrying out vocational skill level recognition is an important element to promote the construction of skill level system, and it is also an effective measure to give full play to the main autonomy of the employer and establish the policy of cultivating operational skill talents in enterprises.
