Nowadays, the competition in market is fierce. How to overcome the pressure and stand out when facing challenges is a question that all traditional manufacturing plants need to think about. One of the "weapons" to be adopted by New Debao is the use of effective computer-aided management to open up the future through the creation of a "digital factory" project.
To this end, New Debao invited a team of experts and held a launch ceremony for the "Digital Factory Project" on 8 July. The expert representatives firstly gave a basic introduction from the aspects of "management solution", " structure construction", "systemisation" and "digital reconstruction". He explained the significance of the digital factory for the standardised management and long-term development of the company.
The chairman of the company, Dai Daojin, then gave a more simple explanation of the digitalisation of the company. New Debao’s new factory will use the digital model as a standard and operate under specific rules; it will truly combine the theory of management and operation with actual operation and production, eliminating the phenomenon of "theory on the wall, and act on another way". Finally it will realize a true systemic operation for all positions and process and even for the whole factory.
After the kick-off meeting, accompanied by chief assistant Dai Guanjun, the expert team went to the workshop for inspection and research. In the follow-up, in-depth research for each department, each link and each position will also be carried out accordingly. The overall project will be implemented gradually based on the plan.
The "Digital Factory Project" is a solid foundation for New Debao as a manufacturing company to move towards smart manufacturing and thus Industry 4.0. It will create value for enterprises with its fast, efficient and flexible features, helping to break through information silos, effectively realize integration and interconnection, and eventually leading us to smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
