On June 1, 2020, the Deputy Secretary of Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor named Yao Gaoyuan, together with his fellow, paid a visit to Zhejiang New DeBao Machinery Company to learn the situation of R & D and manufacturing of production equipment, as well as construction of the new plant. Dong Zhiwu, the secretary of Pingyang County Party Committee, Huang Hui, the county mayor and other persons in charge of relevant departments accompanied the visit.

The Mayor Yao listened to the reports by the chairman of NewTop Mr. Dai Daojin on site about R&D progress of the new equipment horizontal high speed intelligent paper cup machine NEWTOP-228S (its production speed can reach up to 230pcs/min) and construction of the provincial major industrial projects (industry chain of paper products intelligent manufacturing and service industrial park). Meanwhile, he was also very concerned about the impact of COVID-19 on the enterprise and the measures that the company has taken to deal with.

Through detailed understanding of operational status and development goals of NewTop, Mayor Yao fully affirmed the achievements made by NewTop in plowing into its main business and actively seeking innovative development, and also highly appraised the strategic change of mindset adopted by NewTop to "turn crisis into opportunity" when facing the epidemic situation.
