Recalling the past, R&D center of the company had started high speed machine project in 2015. Though two year’s scheme demonstration, the final overall design proposal had been confirmed and in the following year, process and spare parts were prepared which means the trial production was ongoing. The entire machine had been installed and commissioned in 2019, then it was successfully completed in November in the same year. Now, the production capacity of this machine is up to 230 pcs per minute (stable speed), which fully meets the predetermined design requirements.
