Mechanisches Verhalten
The NEWTOP-1250SY high speed intelligent paper cup machine is using tabletop layout, which isolates the forming parts and transmission parts. All transmission parts are installed in the main frame under the table, using longitudinal shaft, barrel indexing cam and gear transmission, lubricated by oil bath. The forming parts are installed on the table, easy to access for cleaning and maintenance. Machine is controlled by PLC, the whole process is monitored by photoelectric sensors, feeding by servo. Visual inspection system is an option to get rid of disqualified cups. This machine is good for making 12-45oz cold/hot bowls.

Garantie für mechanische Qualität
1. Für mechanische Teile gilt eine Garantie von 3 Jahren, für elektrische Teile und empfindliche Teile eine Garantie von 1 Jahr.
2. Alle Teile des Formtisches sind für Wartungsarbeiten leicht zugänglich.
3. Alle Teile unterhalb des Formtisches werden durch ein Ölbad geschmiert. Das Öl sollte alle 4–6 Monate durch das vorgeschriebene Öl ersetzt werden.
Produktionseffizienz
1. Produktionsleistung bis zu 81.600 Tassen pro Schicht (8 Stunden), bis zu 6,2 Millionen Tassen pro Monat (3 Schichten).
2. Die Erfolgsquote liegt bei normaler Produktion über 99 %.
3. Ein Bediener kann mehrere Maschinen gleichzeitig bedienen.
